ok, there are several things that i needa say.
shall start off with the voting of the GUild title.
as i have said in the tagboard that those who do not vote shall be demoted in ranking and hafta pay a penalty fee of 50k mesos, which will immeditaly be transferred to the Guild fund.
Because of the numerous number of newcomers in the guild, there will be no demotion. (Go thank all the newcomers!!!=the NewAngels) But the 50k mesos penalty will still be applicable, but to the ranks of BabyAngels and above.

the final result = #17 wins. Because the winner is the Gm himself, the price of 100k shall be handed over to the guild fund as well.

Secondly, i wanna talk about the attendence, the participation and activeness of members. It had come to my attention that some of the members join the guild and are hardly seen online. If some of you had realized, there were many people being expelled from the Guild already. Why bother to join a guild (which requires mesos to be built up), when you only come online like once a month, or even lesser?
It isnt fair to the rest of the members who contribute to the Guild. So please do not hold any grudges against the Master if you were expelled.
Guild events are held to build bonds between guild members and the make the guild more lively. If you have no interest in them, please do not hesitate to join other guilds, whom are 'dead and quiet'. Thank you.
Thirdly, i'd like to talk about demotion and promotion.
There is this day when some of the members are promoted to be the Jr Master. and some of them wonder, why are they promoted? and i am not?
there takes some conditions to be promoted.
- You have to be a very active member in the guild and maple as to show good example to the rest.
- You have to contribute ideas to make the guild better.
- You are not to abuse your authority to expel any memeber whom you are not happy with.
- You are allowed to assist in events when needed, but not RUINING it.
- You are not allowed to invite any member into the guild without consulting the Master.
- You must prove that you are trustworthy and reliable.
- You must show a certain amount of leadership as sometimes the Master might be busy and you have to control situations and handle matters.
If there were any complains/ evidence/ anything that prove that you have let the guild down, You will immediately be demoted/expelled, depending of the seriousness of the matter.
Fourth thing to talk about is our Guild store, which will be opened before the event on Sunday.
- You are allowed to give any useful items to the Guild store to sell.
- Please do not give junks which nobody will buy/very low priced items.
- 10% of the mesos of each item will be deducted from the item sold, which will also back up the guild fund.
- You are allowed to name the price of your item which you are selling.
- If items not sold out within a week, you can choose either to lower the price, or take the item back.
- Items will be collected from anyone in the guild before/after events. But if you need to sell your item very badly, it can be negotiated to collect the items from you, provided that there is any Jr Master/Master online.
- Items may be collected by any Jr Masters, with the price stated to them.
- All items will finally be passed on to xObOoBoOOx, who will be in charge of noting the items and the owners of the items and the Guild store itself.
- The more you contribute(the 10% commision=D), the higher rate of contribution you will get. So, start contributing now!!!xD
Last thing that will be said is the guild even which will be held this Sunday 8pm(+8GMT). Location will be finalised on the day itself.
This is the first event which attendence will be marked, and subsequently as well. *Refer to rules for being absent from guild events.*
And also items for sale will be collected on this event day.
