Here are some of the things which needs everyone's attention.
- Very Important:Always inform any Master/Jr Master for your absence from any guild event. We can be very understanding.
- Misuse of language/behaviour or anything which may cause hurt to anyone during event, will be deemed under the blacklist. (be expelled if commits another time).
- Event will be held every Friday 2030hrs (+8GMT), if there aren't any hiccups or unexpected changes.
- Bonus points will be added to your active-ness if you participate in events. (Closely linked to your promotion).
Changes to the system of the venue of Guild Events
- Because of the numerous locations found in the game, there may be some inconvenience to where the venue of the event to be held. To be fair, members are allowed to vote for the venue for the event to be held.
- Example: Gm states the places where the event can be held.
- Free Market
- Victoria Island,Lith Harbour
- Victoria Island, Henesys Market
- Ossyria Island, Top Of The Hill
- Aquarium,Aquarium
these are the choices stated by the Gm. And you are for the event being held at the Free Market. You'll either send an email, tell the Gm/Jr.s when you are online, tag in the Guild Blog your choice. (please include your ign-in game nick, for verification).
The venue with the most votes will be the location of the next Guild Event.
Votes will be taken in from every Friday 2200hrs(+8GMT) to the following Thursday 1700hrs (+8GMT).
- If there were to be a tie in a certain location, the Gm will draw lot between the venue.
- If there were NO VOTES recieved that particular week, the Gm will decide the location, regardless of protest.
- Not being happy with the location of the Guild Event is not a valid reason of not attending the Event.
The Life-Time Guild Event
As stated in the 28th Feburary Entry, there is a new Guild Event which is never ending. Due to the low response of members, we have decided not to start with the results yet.
Rest assured that Gm will not be bias or 'play cheat'. Because the results will be decided by the Gm's dog. We will lay the numbers in crushed bits of papers and the numbers will be selected by the dog. :)
the more the participation, the more investment there is to the guild fund. the more money there is in the guild fund, the more attractive the prizes to the Guild Events (including cash items!!!)
Releasing of results will only be available if there is to be a numerous respond.
Those who have given us your numbers, fret not that they're still safe with us.
